Nordic Hotel Forum

Dear guests,

The Republic of Estonia has just marked its 94th anniversary. We’re glad the country is once again flourishing in its independence – without it we wouldn’t be here, an Estonian-owned hotel, in the very heart of the nation’s capital.

So why not make the most of everything this freedom has to offer? You’re welcome at our hotel 24/7/365!

Feliks Mägus
Chairman of the Management Board

We organise outstanding conferences

In addition to the contemporary comfort of our accommodation and the mouth-watering meals served in our restaurant, Nordic Hotel Forum offers everything you need on a very competitive market to make your conference a complete success. We’ve hosted many world-class events here and will continue to do so. But what do the people attending them think of us, and of Tallinn in general?

To find out, the Enterprise Board of the City of Tallinn conducted a survey late last year among visiting conference delegates. Tallinn was given high ratings across the board that were surprising for being so consistent. The city was praised for being so attractive, for the people here being so friendly and for the place being so safe and secure. Some people even said it made a better conference destination than the likes of London, Berlin, Barcelona and Vienna.

The delegates were also asked to rate ten of the city’s hotels in terms of the accommodation and conference services they provided. Nordic Hotel Forum received the highest marks in all three conference categories: quality, service and catering. We received the highest points for service and catering on the accommodation front, too.
So it seems we’re on the right track. But why take our word for it? Find out for yourself!
Call us on +372 622 2999 or e-mail us at forum@nordichotels.eu and let us prove to you that we deserve such praise!

Happy 6th birthday, Kumu!

Kumu isn’t just the biggest and most modern award-winning museum of art in the Baltic States, but one of Nordic Hotel Forum’s longest-standing partners – so we’d like to wish them a very happy 6th birthday! We’re happy to have been able to play a part in presenting so many wonderful cultural events to the public.

Given it’s such a fantastic place, we’d encourage everyone to pay the birthday boy a visit! In addition to its permanent exhibition, it’s currently showcasing the work of two outstanding contemporary artists: the main hall has an exhibition of one of Estonia’s most internationally renowned painters, Kaido Ole, who produced the super-sized images you will see especially for the museum; and on the 4th floor you can admire the work of legendary Lithuanian artist Šarūnas Sauka.

Many happy returns to Kumu once again from everyone here at Nordic Hotel Forum. We hope it continues to provide artistic enjoyment in Kadriorg for decades to come. Ars longa, vita brevis est!
Did you know that local art enthusiasts and visitors from further afield can make the most of Kumu’s attractions as part of the Nordic Hotel Forum art package?

Enjoy a concert direct from one of our suites!

As festivals go, Tallinn Music Week might still be a little wet behind the ears, but it’s already found its fair share of followers both locally and abroad.

Nordic Hotel Forum will be the official accommodation provider for the festival once again this year – but what makes 2012 different is that unlike in previous years, when people generally only got to see the performers at the breakfast buffet or in the lobby bar, this year’s programme includes an exciting new event that will be connecting them with the audience direct from one of our suites.

A concert which is to be streamed online will be held on 31 March in Suite #644 featuring the talented newcomers and established acts Jagaspace, Orelipoiss and Finland’s Sepia. Sander Mölder will also present a DJ set. The concert will take place from 15:00-17:00 and can be watched wherever there’s an Internet connection: it will be broadcast live on the web, opening it up to music lovers everywhere.
And that’s not the only surprise Tallinn Music Week has in store! For the full programme and list of performers, take a look at the festival website.
We’re glad to be bringing culture closer to the people once again this year!
